In this class we dive into the core principles needed to improve our body’s foundations including:
- Foundational Movement Patterns
- Posture
- Mobility
- Strength
Dedicated class's are designed for beginners through to intermediates. Group Classes are only held when 3-5 people are confirmed for an 8 week term.
