ABOUT DANNY
Danny’s parents always made health a priority in life and tried their best to highlight the importance good quality activity and food plays in the process. Originally Danny’s interests were in the music industry, where he was in a touring band for over 10 years. It wasn’t long until he realised how much of a negative impact eating out, drinking and being involved in late night social commitments had on his health. He had to look into changing things up with his health and lifestyle. This is when he decided to take the first step into this space and become a personal trainer.
12+ Years onwards, Danny has progressed through some of the worlds most advanced corrective and all encompassing training systems. Dominantly now for the last 8+ years as a Functional Patterns Human Biomechanics specialist.
An approach to health and corrective real world functional movement that integrates the body's structural fascial system and nervous system together in real time, with patterns that humans have evolved to use as a baseline standard for pain free functionality.

ABOUT JAS
Jas began practicing Functional Patterns at the end of 2021 to address her postural issues. She had tried other modalities but they only ever felt like "band - aid - fixes" which never resulted in significant or lasting results.
Over the years she tried to get fit with traditional fitness methods which often resulted in frequent injuries which sent her straight back into a sedentary lifestyle.
The Functional Patterns training methodology allowed her to train more consistently by avoiding injury, and provided her with invaluable knowledge and skills to be able to address the human body's imbalances and movement dysfunctions.
Now as a Practitioner, she enjoys helping people on the same journey to move into more optimal state's of being.
